Portugal Process and Timeline

Step 1 Talk to GIS immigration advisors

Visit Portugal and choose the type of investment. GIS Immigration advisors will evaluate your personal circumstances and help you select the most suitable program and real estate option.

Step 2 Preparation of the documents

Signature of documents (immigration procedure, tax representation and real estate acquisition).

Step 3 Submit Documents

We will assist you in filling out the necessary forms for the government registration process. You only need to provide the requested personal information.

Opening Portuguese bank account.
Preparation and legalization of personal documents in the original country.

Step 4 First payment

After you agree with our plan, you will have to make a deposit payment. Final acquisition of the real estate.

Step 5 Get approval

We will work with the government on your behalf. We guarantee you the earliest approval time.

Visit to Portugal with an appointment at SEF (Immigration Office).
Analysis period of the application by SEF.
Notification to submit more information / or documentation and Notification of Approval.

Step 6 Last payment & Receive residence permit

You will pay the prescribed government fee depending on the citizenship / residency method you choose. You will pay the remaining service fee to us. Get your certificate and second passport/permanent resident certification. Payment of the Golden Visa Card(s).
