How It Works

The business plan will be prepared together with a specialised business consultant. Alternatively, the Client may deliver an own professional and detailed business plan. GIS will “fine-tune” the business plan, in order to improve the chances of the application’s approval. After you agree with our suggestion, you will have to make a deposit payment.

If Stage 1 is completed satisfactorily, GIS starts negotiations with different involved government authorities in order to lobby for the Client’s business venture. Target of these negotiations are to outline the economic benefit to the Austrian economy. In certain cases, it is advantageous to arrange personal meetings with the authorities which can be done by GIS; personal appearance of the Client is not mandatory.

We arrange to make an appointment at a notary public in Austria; personal appearance of the Client is mandatory.

We arrange an appointment at a bank in Austria; personal appearance of the Client is mandatory. The Client shall pay the investment amount to the company’s bank account.

GIS will prepare the application documents.

The Client has to attend an interview at the based Embassy or Consulate of Austria in his or her country of residence and file the application. A visa fee of €100 (or equivalent in local currency) needs to be paid in cash. The residence permit is usually issued within 3 – 4 months You will pay the remaining service fee to us. Get your certificate and second passport/permanent resident certification.
